Information under Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005
The Government of India has enacted a bill titled Right to Information Act, 2005. The bill seeks to confer comprehensive rights on citizens to seek information and broaden transparency, besides covering state authorities and Non Governmental Organisations substantially funded by Govt. of India.
