Celebration of Hindi Diwas in CIH, Nagaland
With an aim to create awareness and promotion of Hindi language, Central Institute of Horticulture, Nagaland successfully organized Hindi diwas programme at CIH, Medziphema, Nagaland on 20th September 2017.

A brief highlight about the Hindi Diwas was delivered by Dr. Lallan Ram Director, CIH, Medziphema and welcome address and Power point presentation on Hindi Diwas was delivered by Mr. Arvind Singh Technical Consultant. During the programme, Thought of the day and Hindi news was given by Mr. Prabin Das, Marketing specialist and Mr. A.K. Singh, Horticulture, Specialist, CIH, Nagaland respectively. On the eve of Hindi diwas the song competition was also organized among the workers of CIH and prize distribution by the director. Vote of thank was given by Mr. Md. Manzar Hossain, Post Harvest Technologist, CIH, Medziphema, Nagaland. In This programme, pledge of Swachhata Hi Sewa was taken by the Director and all the CIH staffs -” Swachhta Hi Sewa Campaign during 20th September to 02nd October”.
